I will come off conqueror

Psalms 18:36, 39- "Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip. For thou hast girded me with strength...[and] subdued under me those that rose up against me."

Psalms 18:42- "Then I did beat them...I did cast them out as the dirt in the streets."

The Lord is My Light

The Lord is my light; the Lord is my strength.

I know in his might I'll conquer at length.

My weakness in mercy he covers with power,

and walking by faith, I am blest ev'ry hour.

God may not take our trials out of our lives, but he will give us the wisdom, tools, or help we need to "conquer at length" those trials that we can one day "cast them out" and rise above it all.

 "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew theirstrength;

 they shall mount up with wings as eagles;

 they shall run, and not be weary; 

and they shall walk, and not faint."
