This is the question that was presented to my children last night during family scripture study. We discussed how we pray for protection and help from God every day, but then when he provides those requested blessings and miracles, the reply is often, "Wow, were we lucky." Yikes! How ungrateful that must seem to him.
Perhaps as God's children, we need to be more forthright about recognizing the blessings and miracles in our lives, no matter their size, and give credit where credit is due.
