"Difficulty is actually the atmosphere surrounding a miracle, or a miracle in its initial stage."
In a later entry in that same book, I read the following lines:
"God uses broken things...those who have been broken in their finances, broken in their self-will, broken in their ambitions, broken in their lofty ideal, broken in their worldly reputation, broken in their desires, and often broken in their health."
What is the difficulty in your life that has broken you? Maybe you have been broken multiple times? Are you willing to give God the Father full control of your difficult situation so that he can perform a miracle(s) in your life?
As scary as it may be, please trust in God to help you! He will help you! However, I may testify to you from my own personal experience, that it takes your complete faith. This means that while you are praying for a miracle (small or great), that you are willing to eliminate the "What ifs" and the "Plan Bs". If you have either of these in your life, then you are not truly trusting in him with complete faith.
God may prompt you to do certain things that will lead you to the miracle, but make sure it is his voice and not your own insecurities and fears. It may be the biggest test of all. It will most likely come at the last minute (fourth watch and the eleventh hour), but it will come, as long as it is part of his plan.
