Are you blooming where you are planted?

Lately, a Christian hymn has been going through my mind.  It is entitled, "Bloom Where You are Planted."  Below is the chorus:

Bloom,bloom ,bloom, Where you're planted,.

You will find your way . Bloom,bloom,bloom ...

You will have your day.

Are we blooming wherever we are in life? In whatever situation God and life has planted us? Or, do we play the "If only...." game?

• If only I was thinner
• If only I was prettier
• If only I was braver
• If only I was more organized
• If only I wasn't alone
• If only he would do more
• If only they would obey more
• If only they would do their job 
• If only it would rain
• If only it were sunny
• If only....
• If only....
• If only....
