Well, a new school year is upon us coaches, and so I thought we could use a little pep talk:
Let's go out there coaches with a positive attitude and a determination to do our best every day. May we remember that our role as coaches is most effective in the years 0-18. It seems like a long time, but for one who is sending her first off to college, the years have gone so quickly. Let's commit ourselves to be there for our team 100%, cheering for them all the way, standing up for them and being their voice when their voice is not being heard, and giving them the tools that no one else can provide but their mother coach.
